It is located in the city of Narita (near Tokyo; Narita is the city of Tokyo's international airport), in Chiba prefecture, Japan.

Gun shooting target given as a votive offer (Shinto)
This frame, hung to the walls of a shinto shrine on the Narita-san temple complex contain 12 targets. They were probably offered as thanks to the gods after a gun shooting contest.
